Biomechanics is the study of how the human body moves—based on anatomy, physics, and the way your body is designed to function according to nature.

It explains why movement becomes inefficient, why pain develops, and why effort alone often doesn’t lead to better results.

Why it matters

Most people aren’t limited by effort.
They’re limited by inefficient movement patterns.

That’s why progress often slows, plateaus, or leads to discomfort and injury—even with consistency.

The MoveTrue System

MoveTrue is a biomechanics-based training system designed to improve how your body moves at its foundation.

It combines essential biomechanics education with guided training to help your body sense, stabilize, and coordinate better, so you get better results with less strain.

My Story

My movement journey began at 21, when I paused my path at Harvard Medical School to pursue professional ballroom dance with no athletic background.

With only curiosity about the human body, I searched for the principles that govern movement—biomechanics.

Within 10 years, I became a 4X Professional Rising Star Finalist in Blackpool, UK, International, and Dutch Open competitions.

Most importantly, I developed a level of sensuality, confidence, flexibility, power, and grace I never thought possible.

That journey became the foundation of MoveTrue.
