This is a “60-Day Challenge” inspired by my own journey of leveling up—body, mind, and spirit—after the sudden end of a serious dance partnership and unexpected break from competitive dancing. This program targets it all: weight loss, toning, strength, power, and mobility. BOOTCAMP is unlike anything else I offer—it is my raw, unfiltered, and unedited personal movement journey.
