BIOMECHANICS IN MOTION

BIOMECHANICS OF DANCE

How to use this program: Biomechanics training requires calmness, patience, attention to detail, an open mind, and an open heart. This is not a race for quick results but a journey to build an intimate, loving and joyful relationship with your body. Just like you would need to regularly deep clean and organize your kitchen (not just dust off the surfaces) in order to maintain a beautiful and functional kitchen long-term—think of biomechanics training as a form of deep cleaning and organizing of your body.

  1. Stay Consistent: Designate time each week to class. Take notes, screen shots, collect questions (for the next LIVE Q & A).

  2. Implement: The biomechanics of any movement activity is the same. Apply what you learn in class to all your daily activities, no matter how mundane, and watch your progress sky rocket. It’s our daily habits that shape us and determine our destiny.

  3. Be gentle: Many of you found this program because you are ready for a “different” approach—one that fosters greater awareness, sensitivity, and healing. So be gentle and patient with your body. Most of the issues we face physically come from the fact that we have pushed our body too hard for to long in a disconnected way—-mind, body, and sprit. It’s time to change that.

EXCITING NEWS!

This June, I’m launching LIVE biomechanics + dance workouts on Zoom!

As I transition from Italy to NYC, I’ll be sharing my personal training sessions for you to follow along. These workouts are designed to be extra challenging—to build full-body tone, increase strength and power, and create yin-yang balance throughout the body—helping me prepare for my next chapter in dance.

I hope they support your journey too—come move with me!
